As a guest of our salon, our stylists pride themselves on ensuring that you have the best possible experience within our salon and you are in-love with your hair after your service.
That is why we ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you do so with at least 48 hours notice via a phone call.
If you cancel within 24 hours you will receive a fee upon your next visit to our salon.
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full appointment fee.
Allowing us 48+ hours notice means we are able to give another client an appointment opportunity to be pampered as we quite regularly have a wait list.
All online bookings will require a 20% booking fee, which can be held and carried onto your next appointment or subtracted from your total service on the day.
If you reschedule with more than 48 hours notice the online booking fee can be used as a credit on your account or used for your next appointment if you decide to reschedule.
In short, we will require a 30 % deposit to secure your appointment,
If you need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 48hrs notice for you to keep your deposit.
If you are unable to provide us with 48hrs notice, UNFORTUNATELY, we will have to forfeit your deposit.
If you don’t show up to your appointment you will be charged for the full appointment.
Please keep in mind that life can be unpredictable so we are happy to work with you and transfer your deposit to your next appointment if T’s & C’s are met.
We hope you understand that these steps are necessary to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system.
