As a guest of our salon, our team pride ourselves on ensuring that you have the best possible experience within our salon and you are in love with your results after your service.

That is why we ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you do so with at least 48 hours notice via a phone call. Don’t forget we are closed Sunday & Monday so we can’t answer your call 🙂

The cancellation policy is there to protect our business. The only thing we have to sell, as hairdressers is our time, time is our inventory. So, if you reserve a slot and you cancel last minute, most likely, I can’t refill it (even when we call the people on our waitlist) that timeslot that we had reserved, for you is gone, we can’t put it back on the shelf we can’t say oh I’ll sell that next week, that time is gone. We need to put a policy in place to protect our business because I still need to pay wages I still need to pay rent. I still need to pay for everything that goes on in the salon. It’s unfair in a business to absorb all of the loss.

All online and in-salon bookings will require a 30% deposit, which will be subtracted from your total service on the day, or you can choose to roll the deposit over into your next appointment.

If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice the booking fee can be used as a credit on your account or used for your next appointment if you decide to reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule with or less than 48 hours you will forfeit your deposit. If no deposit was paid you will receive a fee upon your next visit to our salon or via the card on your file.

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the 100% of your appointment fee.

You must call minimum of 48 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Please take note of the Salon hours.

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours you will lose your deposit or be charged a fee if no deposit was made.

If you don’t respect us enough to show up for your appointment you will be charged the full fee of your appointment.
